The lightweight Gmail client will help you work offline, and then complete the tasks when you connect to the Internet.

Installing GeeMail

Please note that you need Adobe Air to install GeeMail on your system. When you start the installation process, your system will most likely ask for your confirmation to continue since the application has unrestricted access to your system while the publisher is unknown. By default, the installer adds a shortcut on the desktop and launches the application immediately after installation, but you may change these options if you want.

Using GeeMail

When you launch GeeMail, it will ask for your Gmail username and password, and you may choose to stay logged in if you are using a personal machine. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your emails and reply even when you are offline. the software automatically sends the emails when it detects an internet connection.

The application pulls emails fast once you have logged in although it may take some time before logging in and displaying your emails for the first time. GeeMail integrates a search facility that lets you refine your search by either including or excluding some words.
